I have my package arrived on 2nd of April and it’s not far but 1.5km in UPS facility I called 100 times to customer service and asked for delivery but they kept lying to me. I visited the facility on 4th of April and it was closed because of no electricity. I was told by customer service to collect my parcel from facility today and I went back and they said customer service says so but your parcel is in truck and we are not sure where so wait for the delivery. I paid custom duty and still customer service members keep telling me wrong information when I told please offload it from the truck and keep it in facility so I could go and collect my parcel but no one listens. I had never seen such pathetic and worthless service ever. Wish could give UPS 0 star

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
