UPS review by no need
MY PACKAGE WAS DELAYED 3 TIMES!!! 3.... TIMES!!!! SINCE APRIL 8TH 2024... DO I PAY TAXES FOR DELAYS??? OR TO GET WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR??? 3 TIMES!!???!!! AND STILL I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING... I SUBSCRIBED TO GET UPDATES... AND I ONLY GET THEM PAST 9PM EST!!! THERES 24HRS IN A DAY ... NO ONE CAN PRESS UPDATE TO KEEP THE RECEIVER AWARE OF THE DELAYS IN ADVANCE??? YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT YOU WONT BE DELIVERING THE PACKAGE SO PRESS THE UPDATE BUTTON TO LET US KNOW .... IN ADVANCE! AND YOU EXPECT ME TO GET A GOOD CLIENT EXPERIENCE AFTER THAT??? ARE YOU CRAZZY???

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
