Been waiting on a parcel for 3 days now. Each day it says out for delivery and I cannot track my parcel as ups app just doesn't let me log in even after changing my login details. I have emailed them but have not received a response. Terrible delivery company. Yet again I have to wait in like I have nothing better to do

UPS needs an overhaul. Delivery systems is beyond bad most of the time. Tracking site just as useless. Packages are dropped at front door and never placed in a plastic sack when raining. This rant go go on forever until you clean up your house.

Broke my laser
Spent nearly $800 to have my laser packaged and shipped for maintenance. A single layer of bubble wrap for a 65# medical device? Not crated or marked fragile??? No “this end up” or “handle with care”. It arrived smashed on 1/8/24. They still have not paid out on the insurance I bought or replaced my machine
