The problem I'm having with UPS if you order 2 items from the same location you can never get them at the same time. Why the order is split is a million dollar question especially when they pick them up at the same time going to the same address. If you something quick this is not the way to go. My order was placed on Friday, confirmation states UPS picked up both packages at the same time, yet I received one box on today and will receive the other on Monday.

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
