This company is the most corrupted shipping supplier for this country. Can not trace a tracking number that they gave me. I will let them return it at their expense, Then they let you have a company called ‘’Answer This’’ and then they have now charged me $66.00 each time I attempted to use their suggested tracking site, at my cost so they do have to be responsible, I have been told UPS is covered for lost parcels, and they let the insurance company cover all losses. Isn’t this a great company we want in charge of all our shipping. And did you ever attempt to phone UPS? They make fools and idiots, of every client they say they are working for. Let’s all wake up.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
