A parcel of 12kg cost me 185€ handling by agent from China on 30/4/24 they provide responsible service but when I realized I must change the rececive address after the label created, it charged 23€ that’s fine and make sense. But I could accept that they made amendment address takes 7days long ??? What’s the reason that i spent such amount to wait an urgent parcel ? And surprisingly , i still not seeing any updates with tracking number ?? Tell me where it is ???

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
