Tracking# - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 7448 after looking at the previous reviews. I believe Amazon should no longer use UPS. My package was in Amarillo, TX and sent the opposite direction toward Dallas TX, instead of Albuquerque NM. So now it sets somewhere in Texas and no information as to when it will arrive. It was marked "SHIPMENT DELAYED" for four days now and still delayed, WHY? This item I ordered in plenty of time so I would have it for my sons birthday. I am pissed at UPS!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
