My overnight delivery from the twin cities on 5-30-24 to West Central Minnesota,which is about a 1.5 hour drive was sent straight past me to Alexandria, MN and has been sitting there since Friday 5-31-24 according to tracking. You pay extra for overnight, I guess I should have asked which night!. I'm just glad I'm not waiting for a new liver or kidney!! I remember when there was great pride working for the post office and next to impossible to get in. If I could have rated it a half of a star I would have.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
