UPS review by UPS sucks
I ordered 4 cases of the same item and 1 case of another off Amazon. For some reason the single item and 1 of the 4 case item were shipped on one order and the other 3 of 4 cases were shipped in another order. Both orders were on the same delivery truck today based on the time stamps and because the city population I live in is only 7000 so there wouldn't be 2 UPS trucks coming here. I got one of the orders shipped today but the other, on the same truck, was not. UPS is horrible. I live in an apartment and UPS doesn't bring anyone's packages to their door. They are all left in the building entryway. If I had a choice on delivery companies I would pick FedEx.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
