I was suppose to receive an urgent package on Tuesday, it was delayed because of weather until Wednesday. When the delivery man came he left it in the outside an unlocked door and someone took it. I had to contact my bank to report this and they reissued my packaged with a two day delivery. It was suppose to arrive on Friday and did not. When I called UPS I was told I would not receive it until Monday, which I told a customer service representative was unacceptable. I let the deliveryman in to get to my apartment and he just leaves it outside, this apartment building has over 400 apartments anyone could have taken it. And now UPS wants to take no responsibility. When I spoke to a supervisor and asked that be given a call by the local office by 8:00 a.m. on Monday she said she could not do that. Tell me what am I suppose to?

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
