I dont know what to think about this service or usps anymore. My package arrived, torn and scotch taped shut with the contents missing, and everyone just shrugs their shoulders! How long does it take for UPS to update delivery status with their clients, because when I track the package through UPS, it shows it's still out for delivery even though I got it 3 hours ago!....the pharmacy cannot even start the process of replacing my prescription medication that was stolen until it's showing as being delivered on UPS's end in their system. ( the delivery is confirmed on u.s.ps. website, but the pharmacy needs the confirmation to show on their end through UPS before they'll do anything! This is horrible and I hate the fact that so many thieves are working for these organizations! Who do I even contact within UPS for this matter? I keep being told the tracking number is not UPS, even though UPS is the one who initially received the package and delivered it to u.s.p.s.! I'm not understanding

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
