Waited for scheduled delivery which changed twice only to be updated with tried to deliver but no one there which was false. Finally got through to a human only to be told driver probably didn't have debit machine for charges owing and pay online which you have to make up a one time 16 digit password. Wouldn't let me pay duties owing which I never got a price for so now in limbo as maybe driver has to come back? No one to take my money or pick up point for my package. Totally frustrated.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
