I have handed over sweets BOX for Washington USA to Unique Air Express(UAE) on 23rd Oct24 at 2pm which is sent by UAE vide AWB NO IN24102351628 to Mumbai on 25th October24. It is reached to Mumbai Airport on on 25th October at 8.42pm and delivery date to US was showing 29th Oct at 7 pm. When I tracked the status of consignment today, the delivery date has been changed to 30th October at7pm. I talked to 2/3 office staff of UAE and their reply was not acceptable. Regret to mention that no responsible person was available in the office. The delivery of consignment was told 5/6 days hence I have given the consignment to UAE as it consists the Sweets which are perishable and having expiry dates from 7 to 10 days time. I am very much perturbed with the customer service provided by UAE in case of delivery as well as satisfying the customer. Also they are not sure that they will deliver the parcel on 30th October24.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
