Terrible experience! Item was sent overnight and never showed up! Called ups and couldn’t understand the man that answered. I then called the ups store in Blackwood he called ups and they couldn’t locate the package. I then went on the tracking site and it stated they were investigated what happened to the package. A day later I received a phone call from acme and they told me they found my package in a box mixed in with signs for the store. I had to drive to the acme 20 miles from my house to pick it up. The package contained two money orders. I’m very great full to the store for calling and holding it for me. As far as ups goes there saying it is still under investigation. They still don’t have a clue where it went!!!!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
