UPS has severely gone down on customer service. When placing a tracking #, UPS HAS MADE IT SO TIME CONSUMING & lengthy it’s ridiculous. USPS & FedEx are easy & your not force guide to join Facebook or other ways creating an account to receive TRACKING UPDATES AND STATUS. USPS & FED EXPRESS MADE IT SIMPLE AND QUICK. UPS has gone to far requiring or encouraging websites to be a. Choice to receive updates. Difficult to explain but test track a tracking # on all three companies. UPS WINS THE OSCAR FIR RED TAPE AND JUST TRY GETTING A UPDATE. “UPS, you use to be the best but now your are a DOG for a customer simply placing a tracking number is a mistake what UPS WANTS YOU TO DO TO GET TEXT OR UPDATES. UPS, shape up or you will ship out! POOR BUSINESS REQUIRES THE CUSTOMER TO DO TOO MUCH TO SIMPLY TRACK A NUNBER. In the scale of 1 - 10 UPS RATES (1) only one meaning poorly.

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
