The last few times I have had orders that was shipped UPS out of Russellville, Arkansas to my home in Paris, Arkansas the neighbor 2 farms over had to bring them to me because the driver couldn't find my address that is by my driveway on the mail box. The address is located on a 911 plat size of a street sign. Today I had a car part to be in and it said it was delivered but it was not to my house again so someone got a car part worth almost 200 dollars and now I have to call the company I got it from to see if they can ship me another part at no cost to me thanks to the UPS driver not being able to read a address right by the road on a mail box again.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
