I got my car expedite so it can get to me quicker they took $15 off my card and told me that my card will be to me in 2 days on the 4th of December my rent was due on the 3rd I told my manager exactly what they told me and I have the receipt from the Gmail tracking thing to let me know when it comes they never came so I called last night mind you I talked to three different people from UPS yesterday waiting for my debit card telling me that I was going to get it at 3 and then I was going to get it at 8 now I'm going to be getting it today all I know is I should be having my car soon because u guys took money off my card to get to me quicker this makes no sense very disappointed I have bills to pay

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
