It was set to e delivered on the 9th off December but then it was switched to the 7th. That was fine. I checked to see the status in my Macy’s app to see if it was delivered since I didn’t get an email. It said it was delivered at 7:36 am. We were home. The delivery never happened. No package. NOTHING. Now I’m getting ready for a run around between trying to get a refund or hopefully finding a way to receive my order as planned. The sad part is this is the second time with the same stupid items. This is ridiculous. Never again!!! So disappointed.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
