I processed a shipment to be delivered to me next day. Starting Monday to be delivered Tuesday. I have had over 4 different ups representativs inform me of several different reasons why I have not received my package. I was told I had to pick it up yet no one is on the same page as to where it is. This is very frustrating because the contents of the package are of time sensitive matters. I'm very disappointed with no one being on the same page nor honoring the service I paid for.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
