Paid $35.00 for GAURENTEED Over Night delivery. Got package 2 days later! Then Driver opened & slammed my door and took off - left overnight envelope in between screen & front door. The fact was I waited 2 days for this and you don't even knock on my door! But take the liberty to OPEN my door and slam it shut! As if to say Here is your F-ing package! Will NEVER use UPS myself! This was a pay card sent from my employer that had 3 weeks worth of paychecks on it!! Got returned to original sender but told them yes please send over night tents coming due and I've been with no paycheck for over 3 weeks. I told them of this issue and request they use another Over Night shipping service cause FedEx DOES Guarantee thier packages . Not delivered on time you Don't pay a PENNY!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
