Had two boxes I paid extra to have delivered on Friday 20 December 2019. One box arrived on time. The second box was not received until the afternoon of Monday 23 December 2019. I paid extra so I would the parts to do the work I needed to do over the weekend. As a result of your inability to get the package here on time, I'm delayed several days in my work, but additionally I'm likely out the extra shipping money because your claim process will be so convoluted that it will be more time than it worth to fight with UPS to get it.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
