I ordered my son a Christmas gift from Amazon on December 18, it was supposed to be delivered by the 24th, this was a prime item. The next day UPS changed the delivery date from the 24th to the 30th. I called Amazon and was put on a conference call with an Amazon CSR and UPS. I have never been so rudely talked to. The UPS guy informed me that I should never play the lottery because I have terrible luck and I should tell my son he would get his Christmas gift eventually. I am still waiting...it was now supposed to arrive tomorrow, but they keep changing the date. There is no rating low enough to give UPS at this time, it is not worth one star, but unfortunately you have to give at least one.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
