I waited from 8:00am to 4:00pm for UPS to pick up packages. I called customer service twice, and spent over an hour each call waiting for an agent to get on and tell me they couldn't tell me any info or regused to give me the phone number to the hub, where someone could tell me something. They are so rude. Says a lot about paying a little more for U.S. based employees. Long gone are the days when UPS was an industry leader. I remember the difference.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
