Fed ex gives u either an morn delivery confirmation or afternoon, delievers on sat and sun, the new guy at the brunswick ga store DID NOT inform my sister that weekends do not count.....ridiculous bc she was given and paid for a 2 day delivery...and was unaware of Your policies....now here it is 4 days later and I might get my package before 8pm tonight....that's the best yall can do....right? FedEx SMASHES yall in everyway....I will NEVER recommend yalls lousy service to ANYONE!!! Extrememly vague, customer service cannot be reached unless I call 1800 over Sears tella-markerters that I can barely understand....no reliability, no help from your local stores, and very misinformed....sometime between 8am and 8pm....what an awful service!!!! Post office even beats u guys out!!!! At least they are reliable and punctual....o yeah and inform the sender of dates and so in and so forth!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!! Unreliable and so much more.....thx for the screws!!!

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
