UPS is the absolute worst shipping company. They lost my package and gave me the run around for over a month. I finally got a check for most of the cost $2100.00 but a week later they put a stop on the check because they found the package. I now have to wait until it is examined by the receiver to make sure it is not damaged . If it is I have to go through a whole new process to get my refund. Outrageous!!! I am totally disgusted with UPS and the people they choose to hire.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
