I responded to a notification that had been stuck to my gate by UPS as I was not at home when the agent attempted to deliver a package. The notification gave a number that I should call to make arrangements for the package to be delivered. it also provided UPS notification notice number for use when following up. I tried to track the package using the UPS website to no avail. I the called the number provided. When my call was eventually answered the operator was rude, unprofessional and totally disinterested. When I provided the UPS number indicated on the notification I had received I was told that it was not a tracking number and as such was useless. When I tried to clarify the issue the operator put the telephone down in my ear. I find this behaviour both unprofessional and unacceptable and would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
