We have always had great on-time deliveries here in our remote part of Montana. Now I am tracking a piece of woodworking equipment my son sent me. It is due here later today. Looks like it is on target to be delivered as promised. Thank you, especially now, to all the UPS staff involved in making this delivery happen. We're building a home in the Bitterroot Mtns 23 miles south and west of Darby and their assistance. Be safe!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
