Very poor service. Shipper tried to redirect 2 packages. Finally I called to see why they were sitting in the warehouse. Got the run around, a different reason every time. Supervisors said it was all changed. 1 parcel showed up a month later. The other still had not been redirected like I was told. 1.5 months after the ship date, still don’t have the second package. Several calls sitting and waiting for an hour and then they put you on hold and your call gets cut off. Then another hour or more waiting to get someone. Really disappointing, how hard is it to change an address and get the parcels on their way???

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
