I’ve been on the phone for a minimum of an hour each day for the last 4 days. Each time I am told my package will arrive tomorrow . It’s now been tomorrow for 4 days and still nothing. Pretty sure they lost it! The last two nights I was also told my package would be sent out to deliver as priority (nope) Yesterday I was told whoever was delivering didn’t have a sheet that stated duty fees were paid over a week ago and that’s why my package has been going past my house. This company is unorganized. My package better not be getting sent back to shipper considering I’ve needed it since last Friday.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
