Not only do I have to worry about not having a job during this pandemic, but now I have to worry about NOT dying because UPS delivery decided it would be okay to SEPARATE my packages, and low and behold the box with my extra medications is out there in the world. Not only did I have to be admitted to the ER this morning because I have yet to review my package. My cousin has been on the phone was customer service representative who have been hanging up in his face and giving LIES about what really happen. You people should be ashamed of yourself. I don't know what news station will listen to me about that but it's 2020, they LOVE a good story. A young BLACK women is in critical condition due to incompetent and overly poor training. I have every phone call recorded since TUESDAY when all of this happen.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
