UPS has some very lazy employees. I got a notice from them saying they attempted to deliver my parcel twice, yet me or my wife were home the entire time and didnt hear any knock, I got no email, phone call or any kind of notice they were going to be there and I tried phoning and looking up my order number online and I got no answers other than "we cant find your order" I've had many other things that I ordered that got delivered to this place without any problems, one time I wasnt home and missed someone but they phoned me and was able to meet up. I feel like unless these lazy employees can walk right up to a front door no more than 10 feet away from them, they just say screw it and tell their shipper the person wasnt home. Since I live in an apartment complex it was too much of an inconvenience for them. Not impressed at all and will try my hardest to make sure I dont have to go through UPS again

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
