Horrible service. Received package 2 weeks aftr delivery date. I watch my package sit at 2 different locations for 3 days each and one location was five minutes from my house. Finally the tracking app said package left warehouse thursday to be delivered to my address, only to check status later too see a message stating that an emergency will delay my delivery once again. I finally received my package on friday 2 weeks aftr original delivery date. I understand all that is going on with covid 19, but this is ridiculous. Nothing else i hv ordered on line with other shipping companies hv giving me so much horrible info, so my advice to whoever is reading this is to stay clear of UPS unless u dont mind miss information and unnecessary delays.

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
