UPS reviews

I had a pick up scheduled, a return to Amazon, home waiting and no one showed. The delivery information shows UPS showed and I wasn’t home, which I was and it says delivery label left, which it wasn’t. So frustrating to have to follow through on such a simple task

Keep the good work going

I have a return processed from Amazon and it states UPS will pick up between 10:30am to 9:00 pm. On Amazon it shows it was picked up and on its way back to Amazon and it’s still sitting on my counter. So confusing.

Saying my packages were delivered today and never received them.

Bad customer service. They keep stating my address is wrong and when I called was told that it will be corrected and delivered the next day just to receive the same message the next day saying address is incorrect. They don’t want to take the fall for their incompetent delivery

When I track my packages, it tells me that none have arrived at the UPS facilities. but the page where I made the purchase says that they were already sent.

Just up & down situation can be stressful delivery & stress less delivery

Tracking say package was delieverd Sunday but was not. It's sad you cannot get info from a company that has been around for a long, long, long time

Terrible customer service, package never delivered when scheduled, then they said that they tried to deliver, when I was at home the whole time waiting for it. They gave me two different times that they were at my place, one outside the time they said that they would came. Bottom line they are terrible

I still waiting for my package, It arrives to Vanvouver yester6:20 am, whats going on with the UPS service?

I been waiting for my package to arrive and it's taking forever to come, my stuff that I order sopose to had come in the end of October. And it seems like they're sending it to the wrong address. Wrong service ever.
