Shipping service don’t have coordinated with customer’ several times calls for receiving response

Terrible service, tried to deliver item, no one at home no card left, ups informed the sender of item that customer refused delivery, not true, no txt messages sent even though number had been provided. The companies policy is to attempt 1 delivery only, not to leave a card for a collection or other date, service is abysmal.

I missed my first delivery attempt on Thursday, and since then I have not recieved my package or an update as to when I will be receiving my package and today is Saturday, when I did a last track of package they were trying to leave it at an access drop off point or delivery next business day from Friday there has been no update until now and I need my package. I'm so disappointed with UPS services.

Tracking details seem not updated for 48 hours already. Poor service when apparently UPS is one of the top 3 courier services. A waste of money.
