It was suppose to be in CA. In Lancaster. The next day that is what I paid for what is going on. If I do not get it to day it's goin I will have to call around to find it this is crazy.

You left expensive shoes sitting on the porch and the shipping label you sent is garbage you can even see it. How hard would it have to print out another one. Now I have to go to the store and return the item if they're open.

Today is June 9/21 the tracking information is from June 2/21.WTF If no stars was an option to choose I would pick minus 5 as a rating. Again, WTF

2 times in a month I have paid $40 for 2 day shipping and it's now 5 days and nothing. They charge u an outrageous price then don't even have your parcel on time. Will never deal with ups again friends told me they are the worst shipping company out here now I believe them ?

Shipped small large envelope June 4th went from Fredericton to Dieppe overnight there it sat for 4 days. I was on the phone all day trying to get it delivered to Dallas Texas. One person said it was at Customs (false) another said I needed a company invoice (false) I called Customs package not there and for private shipping no invoice needed. I made one up and emailed to ups Moncton and to ups Brokerage. Everything seemed in order, called tracking told package in Montreal being cleared by Customs (false) package still in Dieppe. How the heck do I get this package delivered. I will keep calling I guess until the package is delivered. Ask me if I recommend UPS the last package I sent to Miami couple of weeks ago. Signature was required!! The delivery was made and package was left at front door guess what it was stolen. Not much luck using UPS. In Canada Only other choice FedEx or Canada post and that is another name for FedEx…………….?

Takes for ever for delivery. When I call no one can tell me anything. When I offered to pick it up I was told no. Overall letter mail is quicker.

My parcels never come the next day that we pay for and there are a lot of times you lose my parcels and nothing is done about it when called in

Never ever use this company!!!!! Keep telling me it’s on its way, rubbish!

Would never use UPS given the choice. I have been tracking my parcel for over 2 weeks and just keeps saying in transit. Have called UPS at least 20 times they say on it’s way. Then tell me today it’s still in London depot. They say hold the line then you get cut off. 3 times!!!!
