UPS reviews

I HATE when I order something and it has to be delivered through UPS. This means that’s it’s almost inevitable not to have a problem. I have yet to receive a package on the day promised. When I do discover that a vendor I use sends their product by UPS it’s usually my last time dealing with that vendor.

I been waiting since 2/18/21... everyday it's a different date. Today is the 25 and I have not received my package yet.

Always says left on front porch! Impossible as we have a locked gate. They are leaving it somewhere else!

He was lost! N not happy!

Got a package shipped took 4 months didn't even arrive to my city ever tho the addresses was right, terrible service, horrible company that is ran by bunch of bafoons it's a shame not the first time this has happened to me

Keeps saying severe weather delay ffs.

The company that I ordered from unfortunately chose Ups as the shipper, they have the slowest and worst service of any courier that I have used in Canada. Canada Post is by far faster. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

This is not the first time orders have been delivered to to the wrong address. My $150 order was delivered to the wrong address. Funny thing, I had to bring orders delivered to to them. Maybe the delivery guy needs glasses or just don’t care.

Never got package not impressed

My package was supposed to arrive on 02/19/2021 and it is now 02/22/2021. Not happy at all. Tracker says it has not even left the place where it is to be shipped from. After reading reviews, not sure how accurate that is, but I hope I get my package soon

A package was sent to my sister in Sept.14 2020. Still waiting for it to arrive. Have not gotten any answers as to where it is. Where is it UPS?

Lost a package after dropping off never located

I am in awe that I can not get real info as to where my package is! I was told to expect it today what do you say?

There tracking system is like the weather radar!!! Not sure who is worse ups or usps!! Not sure how they keep in business/ Would give -0

I have been waiting on my package for 1 and half weeks they don’t tell me where it is vary upsetting.
