UPS charged me then passed my package to Canada Post for delivery. UPS lost my business. I should have been given the fact that UPS don't deliver to my destination. I would choose Canada Post next time!

I wish the tracking map would work.

couldn't do without UPS the drivers of grades always get my package on time and if I'm not available they always leave it in the box

Anytime amazon gets UPS to deliver, I never get anything. Tracking number states that address is incorrect. 3 times I ordered and 3 times the same story. I am currently waiting for a parcel that was supposed to arrive 8 days ago...and still no tracking update. I doubt it is coming at all. This is the worst delivery service in Canada. I can't believe they stoop so low.

Package delivered on time.

Driver came to our home and left w/out leaving our package. The package was for our handicapped dog. I called UPS and got nowhere. I will make sure to use FED EX in the future.

Rarely delivered on the same day as website says. Rude drivers,they speed and throw your package on your doorstep. I cringe when I see that UPS is my delivery company.

There is a bright yellow note on my front door. It says to deliver all packages to threw back door. The driver has repeatedly placed boxes on my front porch. This is unacceptable!
