UPS reviews

When the tracking says it will be delivered nothing shows up. When no scheduled delivery they show up. Very frustrating.

This is the worse delivery company that I never see.

I will never order from Wayfare in the states..Once it's in Canada, you never know on the arrival date...UPS is the carrier in Mississauga, Ontario...rating=0

I received a box which was suppose to have items in it. I opened it and found three bricks and plastic, not sure what kind of company would send a box that would weight very light and weight 38 lbs, they need to check their cameras and see if someone mess with my package, I would like to have the three items that were taken from me delivered to my house asap. I have the tracking number, or someone give me the number to the company and I will be chewing someone out.....

9 days from Maryland to IL , UPS sure has slipped! And what's even a more SAD situation is it ain't close to being delivered!

Could of had my package days ago but ups is sending it all over the county first. It has been at my post office twice and sent out to other states.

Not able to get a package with my computer and everything for work in Canada since October 23rd. And now requested the package to be send back to sender since november 6th, package still held in warehouse no one is able to help me get the package returned so I can go an pick it up. I am not working since october 23rd and not getting paid thanks to ups and customs in Canada and nobody cares

UPS is right on the spot they're very compassionate people and make sure you have your package right at your door no throwing no damaging just good ol delivering the boxes.when they say the time that they're going to deliver they can always come through I could always count on them very good job that's why I always use UPS to get the job done thank you

Very poor service to the isle of man. Poor tracking system too.

Ups pickup failed. App reports pickup failed even though no one stopped by for pickup. Stop lying to customers.

Looks like my package stalled in Illinois. Or someone's not updating the tracking of the package

I have never seen packages delivered to the wrong address like I have experienced from UPS. Maybe if the driver took a few extra seconds to knock on a door they would realize they have the wrong address!!

Ordered Express shipping and it's been 2 weeks...like really ups?

I had an impact a package that was very important over nighted 9:00 a.m. on Friday it is now for 10 on Monday and I not sure if I will even get my package tomorrow Tuesday

Very slow with delivery. Left the package in view for someone to steal it.
