very bad experience with UPS

Very Bad experience....till now I am waiting for my parcel. But result is zero.

My experience with ups was and is the worst than ever . I lost my shipment and was never compensated. Never ever got shipment on time . No one leaves any tag on my door and is always the reason of delay. This time unfortunately my sender again sent throug UPS and I am still waiting for delivery for last 20 days . Staff never gets what the client is asking for . Please be careful when you want anything urgent never trust UPS.

Most of the time they are delayed. I am expecting one package shipped on 4th September 2024 from TD Bank and after Five days still showing on the way ? No Service....I will not recomond to anyone use this service.

I freaking hate UPS the website sucks the delivery sucks…I dropped a package off first thing in the morning and it didn’t even ship out till 24 hours later a whole day

Tooworst service don’t trust UPS

Waited for scheduled delivery which changed twice only to be updated with tried to deliver but no one there which was false. Finally got through to a human only to be told driver probably didn't have debit machine for charges owing and pay online which you have to make up a one time 16 digit password. Wouldn't let me pay duties owing which I never got a price for so now in limbo as maybe driver has to come back? No one to take my money or pick up point for my package. Totally frustrated.

Never received my parcel. But shows as it’s delivered.

Very disappointing experience, important accademic documents stalled at one place for the last 12 days which were supposed to be delivered in 4 days

Super bad service. Overnight parcel was picked up from their station. All the extra money I paid. Not worth using ups.. very disappointed

Too slow services Never seen this type services

First order was lost. Reordered and keep getting delivery falure attempt. Original order was placed a month ago from Amazon. Maybe I need to order from somewhere else. When my daughter places orders she gets it the next day, I order it is a week or month or lost.
