This is the worst carrier service. Right I have 2 packages they were delivered yesterday which they were not. The tracing shows they were delivered to a mailbox in Madisonville, KY which is not where I live. A week ago they said they were not able to deliver a package and would send it back to the seller when it was delivered to me. I had to contact Amazon to straighten that problem out. I don't know what the problem is either negligence or incompetence, but it is giving UPS a bad name and review.

This company is truly the worst courier in history. Estimated delivery times slipping by 3 hours and then they give up, I would describe them as useless but they are not even that good!
