Package shows it’s here in Springdale and tryed to pick it up and as usual I’m told the truck isn’t here it will be here tomorrow but every time it will show out on a truck for delivery .

UPS has gone downhill over the past couple of years. I can't get over how bad the service is. Tracking is about as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

Frustrating- the info states the package started in Shrewsberry which it not but in Plymouth. I’m very concerned.

Waiting for item

The sender creates a postal label for the parcel online. The postal company is waiting when the sender brings it to post office.
Accepted

The carrier company received the package and now is preparing it for further movement. This includes tasks such as loading, moving, and unloading packages to make sure they are in good condition before sending them on their way.
In Transit

The carrier company received parcel from its previous location and now prepares to move it elsewhere, which could be to another location or country.
Ready for pick up

Your package arrived at the delivery office and is waiting for you to collect it from the post.
Out for delivery

Your parcel is with the courier now and will be delivered soon.
Delivered

The parcel was delivered to the receiver - the delivery process is over.
Exception

Something went wrong during the delivery process or through the customs clearance. This may cause delay. You should contact the carrier and find out what should you do next to finish this delivery.
