I'm a retired Postmaster, the new tracking system gets a 2 star. Sad are service standards are so low.

Letter was mailed from Atlanta Ga. on 26 Nov. was going to Augusta,Ga. It is now 5 Nov and still haven’t gotten the letter. Mailed letter earlier this year from Augusta,Ga. to Atlanta, Ga. And it took 6 days for it to get their. Should have gotten there in 2 days. This has happened time and time again. What a sorry mail system we have.

I sent out a certified mail on 10/26. It is now 11/5 and still in transit? Really? Its been 10 days people.

Our postal service is working very hard thank you in Pelham NH/Hudson.

Paid $7.98 to track my package. According to the tracking my package has never left Birmingham since Oct. 27th. But, the recipient evidently got the package and cashed my payment Nov. 2nd. Why on Earth did I pay for tracking???? This is Nov 5th, 2021.!!!!!

Negative stars. The most screwed up company. I'm using UPS from now on Mailed a package on 10/29 going less than 100 miles, from toms river to waldwick, nj Package sent to Oklahoma, its still there today, I could have walked the delivery faster than dejoys screwed up company can deliver

I sent a letter certified mail from my local PO to POBox 7 miles away. This has been over 2 weeks the package left Pa and is somewhere in Delaware. And no one know how/ why. Service is horrible

the U.S. Post office dose a poor job with packages they mark them as delivered when they are not

Would give them a negative review if I could. Spent Express money to get package delivered by due date and my "express" package sat in NJ for 2 days instead of moving to me in the 2 days. Lost deadline and calling only gets you hung up on after a long wait. No wonder they call USPS snail mail and their ratings are so low. Save time and heartache when you have a deadline and send via a reliable service like UPS or FedEx.
