USPS reviews

I like USPS, if I have any problems, they find the solutions. The employees have always been nice and courteous very professional. I think they get our packages to us in a very timely manner. I think they have better service than the other carriers. My mailman is so nice, always takes care of my packages too. Great job USPS and Thank You

USPS is not as dependable as it used to be. The tracking system says in transit, arriving on a certain day and your package still has not arrived, so disappointed.

I receive a message in my email that my package was delivered today but i haven't receive it. I would like to know where is my package. This is ridiculous.

Heartbreaking & cruel. I needed copies of my recently deceased sister's death certificates. They were sent for overnight delivery. I signed up for notifications & dates. No package. No new updates. No notifications. I made a service report. Expressed how time sensitive this was in dealing w very sensitive matters. I was promised that it was to be escalated as urgent. This also did not happen. I have to wait 3 business days to open ANOTHER inquiry. Thus is damaging and I want to sue. If anybody has a similar or critical story, please post your review. There has to be a way of getting action.

My package was suppose to be delivered today before 6pm. I paid for next day delivery. This is so disappointing, someone's birthday is ruined today because of this. It's already past 830pm.

Don't even know they have had my package for 4 days now. Tracking number says waiting to receive item

I sent very important papers a week ago and so far the papers I sent did not arrive I send by express one day the papers are going to the motor-vehicle I'm a commercial car driver I'm sitting at home now I can't work Wait what will happen to me

It's a shame that as much as you pay to ship a package with tracking you don't know if you will get your package with the eta they give you. You try to track it an get nothing accurate when you try locating it. I was trying to figure where my package was due to it's storming the day of supposed delivery and since they always leave stuff on my door steps it's going to get wet( it has happened many times before) I was trying to be home so I could get it before it got soaked. But can't afford to miss work waiting on it. All government services an agencies are horrible. All the fees and taxes we pay as Americans it's a shame that this is how we are treated. We are no longer the great United States.

I find USPS to be very helpful they have resolved multiple shipping issues for me and I appreciate being able to email to request a refund and I will get an answer.
