Seems to be updated with tracking my package so far

This company has lost my 2 pair of UGGz and giving me the run around. I truck pulls up in front of in front of my house, looks for my package for about 10 minutes and pulls off without giving it to me but sends me a message it has been delivered. I called UPS over 8 times. I was told and assured by Sherry a supervisor in the Durham, NC office they would retrieve my package that was delivered to the WRONG address 2 Freedom Court. Then she tells me two days later they can’t retrieve the package and I have to call back on the 800 number to file a claim which will take 3-4 weeks. I called 800 # and it said the agents can’t file for me I have to go online. Went online it won’t except my tracking #!!! What the F… is going on? I want my 2 pair of UGGZ! NOW

I'm not very happy this package is not been delivered yet I paid for priority mail 2-day I sent this package out on a 8/18/2021 at 8:45 and here we are it is Saturday the 21st and my package still has not been delivered to who it needed to go to

Looks like usps may have delivered my mini fridge to a roofing company on the other side of the state

Parcel arrived in Chicago facility international airport on 8thAugust, still it is there.What happened?

USPS (in over 45 years) has never failed to deliver anything but 100 % satisfaction to me. I've had glitches, now and then, Just remember they are humans also.

Poor customer service assistance especially international

Ordered from Amazon. Package was big and heavy definitely not fit into small mailbox. They could leave it at the door. I didn’t request hold at the post office. Now I have to stop by post office and needed that package them today

I mailed my item on August 22., to an address in the same city, certified mail and over a week later it still hadn’t arrived!! This is unacceptable .

Why does the clerk do not finish with the customer on from of him before getting another customer,it happened to me this morning I asked the clerk to put express sticker on the package because I paid for that and he said yes I will get to that and send left .

I never get up to date tracking info with USPS

Ship documents guaranteed three day delivery when customer did not receive within two weeks went back to the post office they said even though the sign says guarantee there is no guarantee and as long as it’s still in transit they won’t refund shipping customer did receive package after one month I lost contract due to poor service

Where is the package now and why doesnt it tell me??? Use to be able to track it where ever it was
