Horrible service! It's been 5 months now and I still don't know where my package is or what's happening with it! Use at your own peril!

Impossible to get a current update for tracking a package

5 days for a letter with tracking to go from Martinsburg wv to Charlotte NC, and the cost $6.50. Pathetic! I could have delivered it myself in one day. The USPS IS BEYOND SAD. There are no words to describe it.

Sender provided a tracking # but never received my package. My package weight was 110 lbs. I don't think they even tried to deliver it.

Always professional, a few bad apples. Dedicated and reliable.

No confirm received that package was delivered

My package arrived at the Brookeville USPS facility on Aug 17. It is now Aug 19 and I still don’t have my package! USPS is worse today than 10 years ago!

You guys are no help, retry 8 times and you guys still could not find my package SMH

Seller produced a tracking number said it was delivered . I contacted usps they said invalid number. I tried to pull it up it just leads me to davenport not Brooksville. Scammers got me

Though not perfect, yet great service

You all need to update your location to location tracking so people know where there stuff is and when it's going be delivered.when I order stuff and it goes through usps I never know when I'm gonna get it the tracking stay tracking only in town it was sent from so I figured its still there so week later shows up and if big pkg its at door and gets rained on and thats not good if I new day and time I could plan on being here or have neighbors get it if it's going be raining we have post office that only stays open till noon and well most people work 7a to 5pm around here so makes it hard to pick up at store

This is terrible. This package has done a complete circle. Skipped my round sent back and I still don't have it. It has gone through Atlanta two time and still sitting there. It came to my post in East Tennessee band turned around, sent to Memphis on west TN and back to Atlanta. This is the worst I have ever seen. I ship all the time and get things mailed all the time. It is getting worse.
