USPS cannot locate a pkg sent to me that showed would be delivered to me 4 days ago...cannot seem to connect to "service request" dept. Terrible service!!

I really don't know how the USPS is going to stay in business. They have become totally incompetent and irrelevant for a long time. Now, USPS either does not deliver what you ordered (if you are lucky enough to get your package even 6 months later) or USPS delivers to wrong address in another state! The USPS is the worst! I had to give 1 star, but they do not even deserve 1 star! AWFUL - use another mail delivery is what I'm going to do in fuure.

Why would a package headed for Texas go from Chicago Il to Queens NY before being in limbo or deaparting there at 0230 going where it is crazy

10 days for a package to go from Mich. to Tenn. Still needs to get all the way to Az. Should have used pony express!

Package hasn't left Florida where it was mailed five days ago, in route to Colorado

I don't get my mail on a regular basis,the mailperson rushes so they won't have to answer questions. The postal workers at the post office are usually RUDE.

I paid for 2 day priority mail and 5 business days later, it hasn't been delivered.

Kudos to USPS for making it as easy as a touch of one button to track my package. They also exceeded my expectations when my Mother's birthday parcel was delivered in less than 2 days with Priority Mail. Also, my service at the counter was genuinely helpful and positive. I just wanted to acknowledge the great job USPS is doing, despite Covid-19 causing all kinds of barriers and delays which effect the speed of the USPS, yet are not their fault! Hats off to you also for pulling out all the stops of service by even now delivering on Sundays!

Ridiculous service. 7 days to deliver a letter. ☹️ Estimated delivery date was 4 days...2x as long...really?!?!
