Wish I could give a ZERO. No updates or anything on my package. No one knows where it is!

In the last 16 months the post service has lost 4 pieces of priority mail of mine..it vanished and they say they have no idea where it went

horrible priority mail service always 3 days beyond expected delivery time, live animals get there dead

My package was supposed to be at my house on March 31, 2021 by 8 pm. Today isMay15, 2021 still havent received it! Called USPS twice but no response yet. Called my congressmen (Ruppersburger) no one got back to me for 2 weeks and his Balto staff acted as if I was a bother very rude. So we voters pay the salary of the congressmen and staff to have them treat us rudely and ignore us. The same with the post office we pay them to deliver our Christmas cards in the middle of Jan or get our BGE bill a month and a half late.There is no excuse for either of these people who work for us to do their job as they do and with the arrogence they do it.

My mom sent me a package on Thursday and it's already out for delivery!!! Very fast service, I wasn't expecting it until Monday.

I'm never paying for priority shipping again. Consistently, my packages do not arrive when they're supposed to. This time, my daughter's birthday present has not arrived. And her birthday has come and gone, despite the fact I opted to pay the higher price for priority shipping so it would arrive the day before her birthday. In my experience, priority shipping has no meaning. Waste of money. It's being treated the same as the lowest form of shipping, so just pay the cheaper price.

Customer support is terrible.

Dismal service and rude customer service. I remember when the post office used to be full of dependable people who took pride and care in their job.

I paid for 2 day priority mail....it took 30 days. What a rip off!!!

Quick delivery, excellent service!

Package was suppose to arrive Thursday it’s now Friday night I still haven’t received my package in it’s no updates or anything

I use this tracking app and it's always up to date and thorough. It merges with Canada Post tracking seamlessly

Three days and still in Atlanta area. I was told there was a possibility of delivery late on the 12th. Definitely early on the 13th. I will be luck if it gets there late on the 14. Regular postage would have gotten it there by then.

Paid for Priority shipping. Package was to be delivered on 5/10/21. It is now 5/13/21 and still in transit. Not happy with this service.
