ON WEDNESDAY AT 10A.M., PAID $26.35 FOR A LETTER FOR OVERNIGHT FROM REDLANDS TO PHOENIX. WAITED IN LINE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. IT WENT OVERNIGHT TO SAN BERNARDINO. AT 10 AM THURSDAY IT IS STILL IN SAN BERNARDINO. GUARANTEE WAS FOR BY 3PM THURSDAY 5/13/2021 TO PHOENIX.

I would never ever use the USPS if I didn’t have to. It is the worst delivery system in the world. Actually, it may not be the delivery system but the post master at the end where my products are delivered to. Once again, my product has been sent back to the sender. No notice to me, and for no reason that I can think of. This has been going on with the postmaster in my town for a long long time. I wouldn’t even give it one store if I didn’t have to. Everyone I know in this town even buys their stamps somewhere else.

The post office here in manteo has very polite, respectful, professional employees that I appreciate. Thank you for all your hard work

Terrible service everything from delayed packages to leaving at wrong addresses too leaving the mailbox lids open and getting your mail wet. I've complained too my local Post office only works for a few days then back to negligence.

I have been tracking my package and it has been at the same distribution center for 5 days and appears that they are traveling out of range of bring tit to my location. Directions are going further away instead of toward my location. I'm not sure of what is going on with the mail according to the truck tracking.

Sent by mail on a Friday., May 7. I was told it would arrive on the following Monday, May 10. My tracked mail did not arrive until Wednesday, May 12. I am not happy it arrived two days later than I was told.
