USPS reviews

USPS the the slowest , most unreliable service. Just one more example to prove the government is not capable of operating anything effectively. I mailed a certified package. 10 days ago and it is still in transit! I could have hand delivered the package myself 4 times over!

This is getting beyond ridiculous. I have order things on Amazon, they send out by USPs and then it stalls, somewhere. Happening way too many times lately. Then you call support and get the same answer I can see on the tracking number. Duh!!! I want to know the exact location the package is at, that I paid for. Can not get an answer. Just crazy and get a runaround. Do better post office. Wonder why people do not want to use your service.

Don’t get anything on time anymore

Six days since my package has moved. Only the United States Postal Service ships like this!

Sent certified mail. Could have delivered mail in person while walking 2 days earlier

Its a sad story when you send a package priority mail and it takes 8 days to get there

My package was in Brooklyn 3/09/21 and it's still not here I can make there and back 3 times by now

I ordered something from Amazon on February 26, and been waiting to get my package shipped with USPS been getting the run around from the company it came from. 3 days been getting a message saying in route running late, no explanation.

I haven't been able to successfully track my package.

I realize a lot of people dislike the whole Usps. People get mad when packages are delayed or flat out get lost. I'm here saying that these people are only human and as such mistakes can and will be made. You guys and gals keep on doing what you're doing.

In all honesty I would like to have given a 0 star rating. I paid extra to have return signed confirmation & tracking only to find out that after a week that my letter should have been delivered that it hadn't even left for the state ot was to go to but only 50 miles away at the first stop on it's route. I'm so tired if the Corona virus excuse at this point. And, even though I went back to the Post Office that I sent it from they couldn't tell me why it had only gone 50 miles in a week? Seriously? Not acceptable..

Updates are horrible, no updates on mine for 2 days!

I sent a package out on a Thursday they said it would get there on a Monday well it stopped after the second day at SFO and always says it's in transit it is now seven days and I have nowhere no have no idea where it is. The tracking system stinks it is not even close and the post office stinks and they lie
