Horrible. Can’t get any reliable information. Looks like my package was in Maine on the 20th, went back to BA and now is sitting somewhere in CT. It’s been a week.

Another day ( 8) package from new mexico to southern California, still not delivered.

Delivery is unacceptable, even with the COVID19. Staff and employees are using it as a “Scape Goat” after interviewing those that work delivery and this inside the postal systems. Dump the Unions, work or get fired. Accomplish things like the Military, nothing stops us. I have mail that’s not been received since October 2020. A large $ Postal Money Order I sent had not arrive just a state away, and it was mailed 4 January. A package of paper work from my Doctors mail three weeks ago, 65 miles north of us is still not arrived to this date.

Our local post office is great. I showed up with 11 boxes & they helped me get the best rates to make sure they all got the safely and affordable!

This is so annoying. I paid $25 to have a letter overnighted. 3 days later I still dont have it and must I say the tracking feature is a disaster it says my package never even moved smh

Six times sent a quilt to grandkids. Twice lost.

Service was on point. Although package went to another country. The tracking was exact.

None of your drivers know how to read

I sent a package to a known address. It was scanned insufficient address. The recipient went to the local post office with the tracking number to obtain the package. Today the package has been sent to another center to be returned. I am not happy with the service rendered. After the recipient went to his local PO the supervisor should have found the package from the carrier and held it for pickup. Terrible service! No wonder the PO continues to loss money. Note: I retired from the PO in 2012.

Mailed three first class envelopes on 12/26/20. As of today(1/26/21 only two have been delivered. The remaining package only had to travel 80 miles.

They lost an oversize box with content’s value over $1000. I paid $161 for shipping from LA to Portland. Tracking revealed it never left LA. Not only did they not pay for the item they lost they would not even reimburse me the $161 for shipping even though it never shipped. I hate USPS

Horrible no answer just still on transit after a month , I will never use again, I track every day is the same

A fast, convenient company

Package is late and I look up the tracking number and all it says is “ in transit “.... where is my package?
