Absolutely horrible service. Mailed Priority envelope 1/22/21 with delivery date of 1/25/21 to AZ from OH. As of 1/26/21, pkg had traveled to Akron OH and PO has no idea when it will be delivered. Future, will only use FedEx or UPS.

Was told that my package would arrive by 3 pm next day! It was imperative that it was received by end of day! So it's sitting in Philadelphia since 12:30, why isn't it delivered??? It is now 6:45 pm!!!!! Really angry!!!!

I sent a package off on the 15th of January going to Tennessee. It STILL has not arrived to its destination after it said it should be there by 23rd. It’s now the 26th and he still hasn’t received it! Tracking shows it was in Tennessee on the 22nd. Why hasn’t it been delivered after 4 days?

The letter was supposed to be delivered on January 22nd but today is January 26th and has still not been delivered

I’ve had to wait over 3 weeks from USPS stated delivery dates for 2 different packages. A check mailed to me in December 9th finally arrived on January 22nd. Amazon can deliver. Why can’t USPS??

Certified a letter on Jan 15 still haven’t received notification from social security that letter was received .went from orland park to Bedford park ,to carol streams,back to Bedford park , it is Jan 26 What should i have done to get it there sooner HELP Joan lahey

Still waiting on my package

Day # 7 and the usps can not tell me where this large box is. It hasn't been scanned for 3 days. Maybe they dont know how to use the scanner. This large box was sent from New Mexico to southern California. I could have hitch hiked and delivered that box in 24 hours.

Paid for 2 day delivery but package after 3 days, plus 2 days of the weekend, it is still enroute. Unacceptable, disappointing, inefficient, and charging for service not delivered! Where's my refund for service not provided????

I mailed a claim pkg. for my late husband’s life insurance on 01/07/2021. The company has not received this pkg. as of 01/26/2021. I am now a widow and I desperately need this money to support myself! Yet it’s sitting in Pontic, Mi. Please help this widow get the money she needs to live on!
